In today’s world mental and physical wellbeing are very very important. Today we used to handle multiple responsibilities like home, office and other responsibilities.The necessary things of living have increased.Once the necessary things of life become increased then the number of responsibilities become increased.
So fitness of mental and physical state is important. There are three important things that a person should maintain in his everyday life.
1. Proper nutrition
2. Regular physical activities
3. Adequate amount of rest.
So we all know proper nutrition is necessary and how regular exercise will benefit you. Once you are having food, that food needs to be processed and produce energy to run our regular activity. Daily exercise helps to run the blood throughout our body so that they can collect the waste material of the organ and supply the necessary material to that particular organ this way the body runs a smooth shameless activity.
These physical exercises are not the same for all age people so it should be different according to their age and ability. Keeping all these in mind we designed yoga for different categories of age starting from the kids to the old age.
Kids yoga
We all know kids’ minds are scattered, they do not easily get into the yoga practice so the yoga through entertainment is important. For a good growth of a kid the glandular activity plays a great role. gland helps to grow the kid biologically which is physically and mentally too. And to get a good growth fluid flow and fluid secretion is necessary. which a kid can get through yoga. We provide Yoga class through entertainment to the kid. There are preschools And primary schools through which we teach the kid yoga in a very entertaining way so that the enjoy doing yoga.
Yoga like Star pose, Boat pose, Camel pose and other poses enrich and enhances the kid and the Institution. There are multiple schools where we run these facilities so if you are associated with any kids institution we can provide the service to your Institute also.


Sometimes the preschool kids are not very happy to do it alone. So we provide yoga with parents so that kids can get into their comfort zone and they watch their parents do yoga and they do it together.
CORPORATE YOGA
Not only for kids, we provide yoga for all ages. Yoga for the corporate employee who used to sit or stand for a long time in the institute of the company so we provide customised yoga and movement for them. Now the institute or companies are looking for the movement which can be performed from the chair itself so we provide Chair yoga. For those who use to sit or stand or stay in one position for a long time they face back pain, muscle stiffness, joint movement issues and other problems. Keeping in mind all those problems we provide regular stretching movement and some effective customised yoga movement so that the blood flow becomes normal and muscles get the fuel to perform properly.

INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY
International Day of yoga is not just a day, it is a festival for all the Indians. Yoga has been introduced by India and celebrated all over the globe, to be precise more than 200 countries use to celebrate International yoga day. This festival provides us with good habits, think about our life as well as our health.
We all know India has an ancient history of yoga. A great form of ashtanga yoga which is meditation, we got from Nath sampradaya. Aadinath Lord Shiva is one of those Nath. And then we found the term ‘Yoga’ from Rishi Patanjali which was around 1200 BC. The word ‘yoga’ which means ‘to connect’ between the human body and nature, the Atma and the param-atma, the mind and the heart. Yoga helps to connect the inner world with the outer World. We went through lot of ‘Rishis’ and they talked about physical and mental health.
International yoga has been accepted by the United Nations into 2014. We have been celebrating this day since 2015. This year 2024 is the 10th year of celebrating International yoga day.
